marking engine block castings with an anthropomorphic ABB robot with six axes integrated in a cell.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The collaboration with ABB has allowed us to create an innovative system with technology capable of implementing the productivity of one of the largest and most famous Italian <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lasitlaser.com\/laser-marking-automotive-components\/\">Automotive<\/a><\/strong> companies<\/span>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-483ca28f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"483ca28f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The epicenter of this laser system is the welded steel cell housing the <strong>20kg ABB robot arm which is able with its 6 axes to reach any position on the exposed sides of the casting<\/strong>, ensuring maximum flexibility for c<strong>ode laser marking<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71c981c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"71c981c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>After the regular finishing operations, the operators load the castings on the <strong>three shuttles which enter into the cell one by one.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><br><\/strong>Each shuttle is moved by means of a <strong>Siemens servomotor equipped with a rectified rack and is equipped with a scanning system which verifies the shape of the piece and its position.<\/strong><\/p><p><br><\/p><p>Each station has its own console, while a fourth one is used for set-up and
