The XZ axis system with 800&#215;300 mm stroke then manages the position of the laser head for <strong>laser marking<\/strong> of each row of components with extreme precision.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Laser Marking on Anodized aluminum Labels - LASIT\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fap2314HY3o?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/www.lasitlaser.com\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-it-work\">How does it work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The operator loads the tags in the loader and the <strong>laser marking program for tags<\/strong>, capable of handling one or more operating sequences, is started. LASIT usually creates software according to customer needs, guaranteeing its ease of use. The main advantage of FlyCAD is its ability to progressively manage data,<strong> automatically populating the contents of the laser engraving on the tags according to the production automatically marked and then picked up by a Pick&amp;Place system (equipped with a suction cup) and unloaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex with its own unloading warehouse.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-replaceable-loaders\">Replaceable loaders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to install different size loaders in the same housing if different size tags need to be marked.
